Sorry, but there aren't too many of us to do all this technical work, so we need to set down some guidelines about what we can and can't do...

Things we do include:

• maintaining the website
• publishing material
• keeping the front page tidy
• adding and removing users who request it
• creating themes
• deleting spammy comments
• keeping events on here
• developing a web catalog
• maintaining the hardware in the shop
• maintaining software, hardware and data storage
• developing and implementing software e.g. Infoshopkeeper, barcode scanning, etc
• keeping the donated computers in check
• maintaining the cable, software and bits collection in working order
• making new shelves, moving tables, doing maintenance around the place

So, we've come to a conclusion... we aren't going to do things for people which those people could do themselves. So if you have an issue with the mailing list, then we want you to try and use the mailman interface to solve it - subscribe, unsubscribe, get onto digest or nomail... whatever.
